whole boneless skinless chicken breasts
halved, and cut into 1/4" strips
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the chicken.
Add the chicken and let marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Thread the chicken onto metal or wooden skewers.
Grill over medium heat until chicken is cooked throughout, about 15 minutes.
Transfer to a platter and serve.
