Instructions
Cook beans and okra in boiling water to cover 3 minutes.
Plunge beans and okra into ice water to stop the cooking process; drain.
Whisk together olive oil and next 5 ingredients; pour over beans and okra.
Cover and chill 3 hours.
Drain beans and okra; sprinkle with cheese before serving.
