Instructions
Peel and cut potatoes into cubes.
Parboil for 5 minutes.
Drain and let dry.
Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
Toss potatoes with oil and seasoning.
Place on a tray or pan.
Cook over indirect heat for 20 minutes.
Finish over direct heat for 10 minutes.
Turn occasionally until crispy.
Serve hot.
