Spicy Mayonnaise Dip This is a good dip to serve with cold seafood, such as shrimp or crab. It also goes well with Fried Squid or Appetizer Fish Balls. The mayonnaise can be made up to one day before serving.

Makes about 1 cup

jalapeño or serrano chile
seeded and minced

chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
Instructions
In a small bowl, stir together all of the ingredients.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days for best texture.
Serve cold.
