Meatball Parm Burgers
If you are craving homemade Italian food, then this is the perfect burger for you to prepare. This juicy burger is topped off with tomato sauce and cheese to make a filling meal any night of the week.

Ingredients

of ground beef

of garlic
minced

of salt

of black pepper

cup
of grated parmesan cheese

Tablespoons
of parsley
minced

Tablespoons
of tomato sauce
extra for serving

slices
of mozzarella cheese
▢

ciabatta rolls
▢
Romaine lettuce
for topping
▢

roma tomatoes
thinly sliced and for topping
Instructions
In a bowl, add in the ground beef, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese and minced parsley.
Season with a dash of salt and black pepper.
Stir well to mix.
Divide the meat mix into 6 balls.
Flatten into patties.
Preheat an outdoor grill to medium or high heat.
Add the burger patties to the grill.
Cook for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness.
Top off the burgers with a tablespoon of tomato sauce and a slice of mozzarella cheese.
Cook for an additional minute.
Transfer onto the ciabatta rolls.
Top off the burgers with the romaine lettuce and sliced roma tomatoes.
