Instructions

Add Chili Powder, Cumin, Cinnamon, Broth, Tomatoes With Juices, And Beans.
Bring To A Boil, Then Reduce Heat And Let Simmer For 5 Minutes.
Serve With A Dollop Of Sour Cream In Each Bowl.
