Mediterranean Veggie Wrap with Chickpea Spread

Ingredients

whole wheat tortilla
or gluten-free tortilla

Chickpea Veggie Dip

grated

of salad greens
lettuce, spinach, arugula, etc.
Instructions
Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of Chickpea Veggie Dip evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Line the center of the tortilla with a handful of salad greens.
Arrange the grated carrot and thinly sliced tomato on top of the salad greens.
Carefully roll up the tortilla, starting from one side and rolling towards the other, to enclose the filling.
Slice the veggie wrap in half diagonally, if desired, and serve immediately.
