Mexico's wonderful creamy, coffee-flavored liqueur, known the world-over as Kahlua, is perfect in this sweet rich-tasting after-dinner drink. Mexican Grasshoppers are wonderfully satisfying and almost like liquid desserts. Sip slowly and enjoy!

green crème de menthe

Instructions
Put ice in a blender.
Add the Kahlua, crème de menthe, and cream.
Blend until frothy and divide between 2 (4-ounce) stemmed cocktail glasses.
