Instructions
In a ceramic bowl, combine olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mint leaves, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Add the filet mignon to the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F.
Roast the filet mignon in the Air Fryer for 18 minutes, basting with the reserved marinade and flipping a couple of times during cooking.
Serve warm and enjoy!
