Instructions
Top two bread pieces with the cheese.
Layer both sides with ¼ cup of the artichokes, then ¼ cup spinach, 2 slices of tomato, then cover with the rest of the cheese.
Cover with the remaining slices of bread, then on their outer parts, apply butter.
Transfer to a panini maker, then cook for 4 minutes until the bread turns golden brown.
Serve and enjoy.
