Morning Egg Cups
Bacon, cheese and eggs:the breakfast trifecta! Add a little cream, salt and pepper, and you have ameal that pleases almost everyone. Add diced onion and capsicum for a sweetcrunch.

diced

shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
Lightly grease six silicone muffin cups with olive oil.
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, tickened cream, salt and pepper.
Stir in bacon and Cheddar cheese.
Distribute egg mixture into prepared muffin cups.
Place three cups in air fryer basket and cook for 9 minutes.
Transfer cooked cups to a large serving plate and repeat cooking with remaining cups.
Serve warm.
