Mushroom Matzo Kugel

10½-ounce can condensed chicken broth, undiluted

Instructions
Sauté first 3 ingredients in hot oil in a large skillet until tender; remove from heat.
Stir in matzo farfel and remaining ingredients.
Spoon into a lightly greased 1½-quart baking dish.
Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
