Instructions
In a medium skillet, heat the bacon over medium heat.
Cook, stirring, until it begins to brown.
Add the finely chopped garlic, parsley, and mushrooms to the skillet.
Cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes.
Stir in the dry white wine, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
Increase the heat to high and cook, stirring occasionally, until the liquid evaporates.
