For the dough

For the tomato sauce

Instructions
Mix flour, yeast, salt, honey, and water.
Mix on low speed, then gradually add olive oil.
Knead for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Transfer to a greased bowl and cover.
Let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Chop onion and cook in olive oil until soft.
Add garlic and cook briefly.
Add tomatoes, oregano, and basil.
Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Blend if desired or leave chunky.
Divide dough into 4 portions and roll into rounds.
Add sauce and toppings as desired.
