Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Grease or line a 9-inch pie pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground oats, ground almonds, and ground sesame seeds.
Gradually add the water to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface, using additional oat flour if necessary to prevent sticking.
Carefully transfer the rolled-out dough to the prepared pie pan, pressing it evenly into the bottom and sides.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Watch carefully to prevent over-browning.
