1 oz dry-roasted peanuts, lightly crushed

Instructions
Steam the cauliflower florets for 3-4 minutes until just tender.
Set aside to cool slightly.
In a dry nonstick frying pan, toast the mustard seeds until they start to pop.
Remove from heat and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, and olive oil to make the dressing.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, chopped cilantro, toasted mustard seeds, sesame seeds, and crushed peanuts.
Pour the dressing over the cauliflower mixture and toss until well coated.
Season with salt to taste.
Serve immediately as a salad or chilled as a refreshing side dish.
