Nutty Mushroom Asparagus
This light dish serves as a great side addition to any heavy main course. It can also be used as an appetizer.

Ingredients

Trimmed Asparagus Spears

Sliced Mushrooms
▢

Tablespoons
Roasted Hazelnuts

Olive Oil

White Wine

Teaspoon
Thyme

Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
Coat asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper and bake in a pre-heated oven at 425 degrees for about 10 minutes.
While it is baking, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet and slightly brown the mushrooms.
Add in the hazelnuts and spices.
Mix in the baked asparagus and toss to coat evenly.
Serve warm.
