Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter with enough milk or water to achieve a thin cream-like consistency.
Add the chopped onion, cooked brown rice, salt, and ground sage to the peanut butter mixture.
Stir well to combine.
Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are slightly crispy.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve as a delicious side dish or as a filling for stuffed green peppers, as suggested.
