Ingredients

12-ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted

11.5-ounce can apricot nectar
▢

water
▢

strawberry or raspberry sorbet
softened

750-milliliter bottle Champagne, chilled
▢

crushed ice
Instructions
Stir together first 3 ingredients in a large container; cover and chill at least 1 hour.
Spoon sorbet into a punch bowl; pour chilled orange juice mixture over sorbet.
Add Champagne and ice; stir gently to blend.
Ladle into stemmed glasses.
