Notes & Wine Advice
Recipe Notes
Watch the walnuts carefully during the final few minutes. Nuts can brown quickly in an air fryer, so toss them halfway through for even roasting.Allow the walnuts to cool before chopping them. As they cool, they become crisp and give the soft Brie a pleasant contrast. For a lower-carb serving option, offer fresh vegetables instead of crackers. Alternatively, serve both so guests can choose their favorite accompaniment.Serve the Brie immediately after adding the marmalade and walnuts. The centre tastes best while it remains warm, soft, and creamy.
Wine Advice
A glass of Cava pairs beautifully with the creamy Brie and sweet orange marmalade. Its fresh acidity and bubbles also balance the rich cheese and spiced walnuts.
