Instructions
Preheat our Panini maker.
On a flat surface, place the roll facing upwards.
Use balsamic vinegar to sprinkle to the cut sides of the roll.
Top the roll with a slice of cheese, tomato slices, basil, then cover with another slice of cheese.
Cover the ingredients with the other roll.
Cook for 4 minutes in the maker, ensuring the cheese melts and the roll turns golden brown.
