Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken cut up
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup margarine melted
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 egg beaten
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 375º.
  • Combine cheese, flour, and salt.
  • In separate container, combine egg, paprika, and milk.
  • Dip chicken in egg mixture and coat with cheese mixture.
  • Put chicken in pan.
  • Pour margarine over.
  • Sprinkle with pepper and bake 1 hour (covered for 45 minutes).
