Notes & Wine Advice
Serving Suggestions
Serve this cauliflower warm as a simple Side Dish with chicken, beef, pork, or fish. The Parmesan and thyme make it particularly suitable alongside recipes from the Chicken, Beef, Pork, or Fish collections.
Variations
For more garlic flavour, slightly increase the garlic powder. You can also add a little extra grated Parmesan shortly before serving. If you prefer softer cauliflower, simply extend the cooking time by a few minutes. For lightly browned edges, keep the florets reasonably small and avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
Storage and Reheating
Store leftover cauliflower in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat it briefly in the Airfryer until thoroughly heated. This helps restore some of the lightly crisp texture.
Wine Advice
A fresh Sauvignon Blanc works well with cauliflower, Parmesan, thyme, and garlic. Its acidity provides a pleasant contrast to the butter and cheese. Explore suitable wines at René’s Wijnbeleving.
