Patatas Bravas

A simple potato recipe with bravas sauce.

Equipment

  • Wooden skewers
  • grill pan
  • Large bowl

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of potato cubes
  • 1 tablespoon of spice mix
  • 2 cups of bravas sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup of olive oil

Instructions

  • Take a grill pan.
  • Heat the pan well.
  • Take a large bowl.
  • Add all of the ingredients in the bowl.
  • Mix well and add the potato cubes into the wooden skewers.
  • Grill the skewers for fifteen to 20 minutes.
  • Dish out when done.
  • Pour the bravas sauce on top of the skewers.
  • Your dish is ready to be served.
