Ingredients

ripe peaches
peeled, pitted, and chopped

water
▢

sugar

honey
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine peaches and water.
Simmer until peaches are tender, 10–15 minutes.
Puree peaches in a food mill or food processor until smooth.
Return puree to saucepan and add sugar and honey.
Simmer, stirring often, until mixture is thickened.
Ladle into clean jars and process for 10 minutes in boiling-water bath.
