Peachy Apple Smoothie
A delightful smoothie blending the fresh taste of peaches with the sweetness of apple juice, perfect for a refreshing start to your day.

Ingredients

fresh peach

non-fat milk

frozen apple juice concentrate
Instructions
Peel the fresh peach and cut it into thin slices.
Place the peach slices in a plastic zipper bag, laying flat.
Freeze the bag for 1-2 hours.
Once frozen, take out 1/4 of the peach slices and break them into pieces.
In a blender, mix the peach pieces, non-fat milk, and frozen apple juice concentrate.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a glass.
Add more frozen peach slices as peachy ice cubes for an extra refreshing touch.
