Pecan-Crusted Honey Mustard Chicken Breasts
Pulse your pecans into a meal instead of a flour — the chunkier texture will give a thicker coat. If you prefer a thinner coat, just pulse your pecans down a bit more. If you want to skip this step altogether, just purchase almond meal and proceed!

Ingredients

170 gram boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved lengthwise

Low-Carb Honey Mustard

finely chopped pecans
Instructions
Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
Coat chicken with honey mustard.
Place pecans in a shallow dish.
Coat chicken in pecans.
Add chicken to air fryer basket lightly greased with olive oil and cook for 10 minutes.
Gently flip chicken and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
Using a meat thermometer, ensure internal temperature is at least 75°C.
Transfer chicken to a large serving plate and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
