Pizza Casserole
Kids will love to dig into this noodle-filled casserole.

Ingredients

uncooked elbow macaroni

chopped (1¾ cups)

green bell pepper
chopped (1 cup)

14-ounce jar pizza sauce

garlic salt

black pepper

dried Italian seasoning

3.5-ounce package sliced hot and spicy pepperoni, chopped

4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Makes 6 servings
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain pasta, and set aside.
Cook ground beef, chopped onion, and bell pepper, stirring constantly, in a Dutch oven over medium heat 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in macaroni, pizza sauce, and next 4 ingredients.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish.
Bake, covered, at 350° for 20 minutes.
Uncover; top with cheese, and bake 8 more minutes or until cheese melts.

For testing purposes only, we used Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce and Hormel Hot and Spicy Pepperoni.
