Pork Spice Mix

If you want to add pork in goulash, you can season meat with this spice mix.

Ingredients

  • Crushed rosemary Dried: 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder: 2 teaspoons
  • Dried basil: 1 tablespoon
  • Celery salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Dried parsley: 1 tablespoon
  • Sea salt: 2 teaspoons
  • Dry sage powder: 2 teaspoons
  • Thyme leaves dried: 2 teaspoons
  • Oregano leaves dried: 1 teaspoon
  • Marjoram leaves dried: 2 teaspoons
  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  • You have to combine thyme, black pepper, rosemary, celery salt, parsley, basil, oregano, marjoram, sea salt, garlic powder and sage in a bowl to make an equal blend.
  • You have to store this blend in an airtight container.
