Instructions
ake a large pan.
Add the olive oil into the pan.
Add the potatoes and salt into the pan.
Cook the potatoes well and then add the black pepper into the pan.
Break the eggs into the bowl.
Add the spices into the bowl.
Mix the ingredients & pour into the pan.
Cook the ingredients well on both sides.
Dish out when the eggs are done.
Garnish the dish with chopped parsley.
Your dish is ready to be served.
