Ingredients

Raw elbow macaroni: 8 ounces
▢
Sugar: 1 tablespoon
▢
Paprika: 1 tablespoon
▢
Ground beef: 1 pound
▢
Dried oregano: 1 teaspoon
▢
Diced onion: 1 cup
▢
Caraway seed: ¼ teaspoon
▢
Sliced celery: 1 cup
▢
Cayenne pepper: 1 pinch
▢
Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon
▢
Salt: 1 teaspoon
▢
Diced tomatoes: 14.5 ounces
▢
Tomato sauce: 10 sauces
Instructions
Boil lightly salted water in one large pot and cook macaroni in the simmering water.
Stir occasionally and cook for approximately 8 minutes to al dente.
Drain macaroni and keep it aside.
Crumble ground beef in a casserole (2-quart) dish.
Add garlic, celery, and onion.
Cook in the microwave for 5 – 6 minutes on high to make it brown.
Mix once while cooking and drain off extra grease.
Mix the sugar, tomato sauce and tomatoes in the beef and season with salt, cayenne pepper, caraway seed, oregano, and paprika.
Cook in microwave on 8 power level for almost 14 minutes to blend all flavors and tender celery.
Take it out from microwave and stir in cooked macaroni.
Cook for 3 minutes and serve hot.
