breadcrumbs

Parmesan cheese
preferably freshly grated
Instructions
Combine the ground pork, tamari sauce, garlic, onions, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Mix until everything is well incorporated.
Form the mixture into small meatballs.
In a shallow bowl, mix the olive oil, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan.
Roll the meatballs in the Parmesan mixture.
Cook in an air fryer at 380°F for 3 minutes; shake the basket and cook for an additional 4 minutes or until meatballs are browned on all sides.
