Instructions
Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the packet.
Roast the pistachios in a pan without fat.
Wash the radishes and cut into thin slices.
Remove the pomegranate seeds from the shell with a teaspoon.
Wash tomatoes and dice finely.
Wash and chop finelythe parsley.
Wash the chicken, pat dry, cut into strips and fry in a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Mix the apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, pepper and 1 ½ tbsp olive oil.
Mix the radishes, tomatoes, quinoa, parsley and chicken, top with pistachios and pomegranate seeds.
