This restaurant-style guacamole isn’t fussy, which is the trick to making great tasting guacamole that complements other foods well.

pitted and peeled

white onion
finely diced

Roma tomato
finely diced
▢

garlic cloves
pressed
▢

jalapeno pepper or to taste
cored and finely chopped 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

chopped fresh cilantro

Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Mash avocados in a bowl using a potato masher or fork to your desired consistency.
Add remaining ingredients and fold in well.
Serve guacamole.
