Ingredients

rhubarb

water

granulated sugar

oranges
Instructions
Remove papery skin from rhubarb, then cut into ½” pieces.
Place in saucepan with water, sugar, zest of oranges, and juice squeezed form oranges.
Bring to boil.
Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour into jars.
Process in a boiling-bath
for 15 minutes.
