Rhum Negroni

Ingredients

  • 1 large ice cube
  • 1 ounce Rhum J.M V.S.O.P. or barrel-aged rhum agricole
  • 1 ounce Casoni 1814 Aperitivo
  • 1 ounce Bonal Gentiane-Quina
  • Orange peel for garnish

Instructions

  • Place a large ice cube in a rocks glass and pour the liquid ingredients over the top.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Rub the outside of the orange peel along the rim of the glass, then pinch it over the top of the glass to expel its oils.
  • Garnish with the peel and serve (or drink!
  • ) immediately.
