Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place the green chiles onto a baking sheet.
Roast for 30 minutes until softened.
Remove the chiles from the oven and allow them to cool.
Remove the stems and seeds from the peppers.
Add the roasted chiles, tomatillos, olive oil, parsley, garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to one week.
