of fresh oregano

Instructions
Take a large pan.
Add the chopped onions and olive oil into it.
Mix the ingredients well.
Add the chopped garlic into the pan.
Add the tomatoes, oregano, salt, black pepper, balsamic vinegar, thyme, and smoked paprika into the pan.
Cook the ingredients well.
Add the vegetables into the mixture.
Bake the vegetable mixture for ten to fifteen minutes.
Garnish the dish with chopped parsley on top.
Your dish is ready to be served
