roasted vegetable broth

ripe tomatoes
pureed

red wine

peeled and diced
Instructions
Add flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and beef cubes to a resealable bag.
Shake to coat the beef evenly.
Heat sunflower oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
Sauté the leeks, garlic, bay leaves, and caraway seeds until fragrant, about 4 minutes.
Transfer to a lightly greased baking pan.
Brown the beef cubes in batches in the same Dutch oven.
Add browned beef to the baking pan.
Pour in the vegetable broth, pureed tomatoes, and red wine.
Place the pan in the Air Fryer basket and bake at 325°F for 40 minutes.
Add chopped bell peppers, carrots, and celery to the pan.
Cook for an additional 20 minutes.
Serve warm and enjoy a rustic taste of Hungary!
