Saucy Asparagus and Chicken

What is better than saucy and creamy chicken? Saucy asparagus and chicken obviously!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Trimmed and Cooked Asparagus Spears
  • 4 Chicken Breasts Skinless Preferred
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Curry Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  • Line a pre-greased baking dish with asparagus spears.
  • Place chicken breasts on top of it.
  • In a small bowl, combine all the rest of the ingredients apart from cheese.
  • Pour this mixture on top of the chicken.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees or until the juices run clear.
  • Plate and serve.
