Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground sausage until browned, drain any excess grease.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, green onions, and taco seasoning.
Stir until well combined.
Add the cooked sausage to the cheese mixture and mix thoroughly.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Top with Monterey Jack cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
