Ingredients

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and toss until everything is well coated.
Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes to prevent burning.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 395°F.
Thread beef cubes, pearl onions, and eggplant onto the skewers.
Cook in the Air Fryer for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
Serve warm and enjoy!
