For the Marinade:

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine tamari sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, ground ginger, tomato paste, and red wine to make the marinade.
Add the beef strips to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Transfer the marinated beef to the Air Fryer basket.
Add cauliflower florets and sliced pearl onions to the basket.
Drizzle a few tablespoons of the marinade over the meat and vegetables.
Cook for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
Serve warm and enjoy!
