Savory Petits Fours Sandwiches

Use a combination of white and whole wheat bread slices to add visual interest to these sandwiches.

Ingredients

Makes 4 dozen / Prep: 1 hr.

  • Curried Chicken Salad Spread
  • 36 whitebread slices very thin or whole wheat bread slices
  • Ham-and-Olive Salad Spread

Garnish:

  • Decorative Cream Cheese Topping

Instructions

  • Spread about ¼ cup Curried Chicken Salad Spread on 1 side of each of 6 bread slices.
  • Top each with 1 bread slice; spread slices with an additional ¼ cup Curried Chicken Salad Spread, and top each with 1 bread slice.
  • Trim crusts from sandwiches; cut each into fourths.
  • Repeat procedure with remaining 18 bread slices, using Ham-and-Olive Salad Spread.
  • Garnish, if desired.
