Instructions
Toss the sliced sausage with mustard, olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce.
Thread sausage, sliced bell peppers, and sourdough bread cubes alternately onto skewers.
Sprinkle the skewers with salt and black pepper.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 360°F.
Place the skewers in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 11 minutes.
Brush the skewers with the reserved marinade while cooking.
Serve warm and enjoy!
