Instructions
Preheat the Air Fryer to 380°F and spritz the basket with cooking oil.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sausage meat, oats, scallions, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic, basil, and oregano.
Mix thoroughly.
Form the mixture into equal-sized meatballs using a tablespoon for portioning.
Place the meatballs in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time.
Serve the meatballs with mustard and pickled cucumbers.
