Scallop, Shrimp And Cauliflower Bake
A delicious seafood dish in a creamy sauce, Topped with mozzarella cheese, that is prepared in just 15 minutes. Try this as soon as you can!

Ingredients

bag of frozen shrimp
thawed

bag of frozen scallops
thawed

Salt and pepper to taste

shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
In boiling salted water, cook the cauliflower for 4 minutes.
Run under cold water and drain.
In the same saucepan, melt butter and cook the onion for 1 minute.
Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, without coloring.
Pour the milk and heat until just before it starts to boil, while whisking.
Add seafood, cauliflower and chives.
Season to taste.
Heat over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Preheat oven to “broil”.
In a baking dish of 13 x 9-inch, pour the mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Place in the center of oven and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
