Seared Sea Scallops
The convection oven–style of cooking in the air fryer sears these scallops beautifully on all sides. Serve the scallops with steamed asparagus, mashed potatoes and a drizzle of fresh hollandaise sauce over everything for decadent bites of yummy!

fresh lemon juice

about 10 jumbo sea scallops
Instructions
Preheat air fryer at 200°C for 3 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine butter and lemon juice.
Roll scallops in mixture to coat all sides.
Place scallops in ungreased air fryer basket.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Toss scallops.
Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Serve warm.
