Ingredients

egg whites
unbeaten

cups
granulated sugar
▢

Tbsp.
cold water
▢

tsp.
light corn syrup
▢
1
tsp.
vanilla
Instructions
Mix together egg whites, sugar, water, and corn syrup in top section of double boiler.
Place over rapidly boiling water and beat continuously with a rotary beater for 7 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla and continue beating until icing is able to be spread.
