Simple Roasted Garlic
It is amazing how, after roasting garlic bulbs, you can squeeze the garlic out of the peel like butter. Great mixed in with “fauxtato” mashes, dips and even marinades, roasted garlic is magic — turning whatever it touches into gold!

Ingredients

avocado oil

bulbs garlic
unpeeled, 6mm removed from top

salt
Instructions
Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
Drizzle avocado oil over garlic bulbs and rub it in with your finger.
Season each bulb with salt.
Roll each bulb up in a square of aluminum foil.
Place wrapped bulbs in ungreased air fryer basket.
Cook for 45 minutes.
Unwrap each bulb.
When cooled, squeeze roasted garlic from each clove and use as desired.
Refrigerate unused bulbs in an airtight container up to three days.
